Senior Manager, Project Management

About the role

Worley is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of complex Oil & Gas EPCM projects. The role provides HSSE leadership and drives collaboration across engineering, procurement, construction and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all project phases from initiation through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and hand‑over.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources and risk to meet approved baselines.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and present progress reports, forecasts and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 20 years of engineering and project management experience, including at least 15 years in Oil & Gas EPCM environments.
• Proven track record of delivering large, multidisciplinary projects and strong HSSE leadership.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership capabilities.
