Contracts Administrator – Oman

About the role

Lycopodium is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join its project team in Oman. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will ensure contract documentation and deliverables are managed accurately, on time, and in line with client and project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the administration of contracts and service agreements.
• Expedite contract deliverables to meet project schedules.
• Maintain a comprehensive contracts register.
• Maintain registers for site instructions and contractor variations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in contracts administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively across business units.
• Excellent organisational, multitasking and prioritisation abilities.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality and professional discretion.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 / Windows.
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and Adobe XI Pro.
