E‑commerce Specialist

About the role

The E‑commerce Specialist will drive Al Seer Group’s online business objectives across assigned customers and channels, ensuring product availability, optimal content, and strong commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Al Seer Group business within the allocated customer/channel set.
• Ensure optimum product availability on customer platforms based on agreed MSL or customer model.
• Maintain best‑in‑class product content for each SKU through collaboration with brand owners, internal business groups and customers.
• Achieve timely payments and manage returns for assigned e‑commerce customers.
• Quarterly review of top customers with internal teams and customers.
• Analyse and evaluate agency spend by customer.
• Identify and communicate customer engagement opportunities such as events, visibility, and sampling.
• Increase e‑commerce operating knowledge and skills within the team.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in FMCG or an analytical role.
• e‑commerce experience.
• Graduate degree; MBA preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Market knowledge or sales experience is desirable.
