Sales Executive - Building Materials (Muscat)

About the role

Aquarius Worldwide FZE is recruiting a full-time, on-site Sales Executive for building materials in Muscat, Oman. The role drives sales and business growth in the building materials sector, working directly with contractors, developers and distributors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new leads, visit construction sites and client offices, and present product offerings.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and terms, and follow up to close deals while meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Work with procurement, logistics and finance teams to ensure timely deliveries, competitive pricing and high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven sales or business development experience, preferably in building materials, construction or related fields.
• Good understanding of the local Oman market, preferably with existing networks in Muscat and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work independently on-site, manage a sales pipeline and meet revenue and margin targets.
• Valid driving licence in Oman and willingness to travel within the region for client visits.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field preferred; fluency in English required.

Required skills

• Negotiation and closing skills, including proposals, quotations and sales presentations.
• Relationship building and client management with contractors, engineers and procurement professionals.
• Basic sales reporting, use of CRM or similar tools, and Microsoft Office.
