Business Development Executive - Oman

About the role

Fresha, an AI-powered operating system for the beauty and wellness industry, is looking for a Business Development Executive to take ownership of growing its presence in Oman. The role covers the full sales cycle and the market, with the chance to build a pipeline, win new business and turn salons, barbershops, spas and clinics into Fresha partners. It is an on-site position in Muscat.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets, driving new business growth across Oman
• Proactively reach out to key decision-makers by phone, email and social media, and respond quickly to qualified inbound leads to build a strong pipeline
• Own the full sales process, from prospecting and qualification through product demos, negotiation and close
• Understand each partner's needs and goals through discovery and needs analysis, and position the right Fresha solutions
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth partner experience and share insights on market trends and customer needs
• Become a trusted commercial point of contact for partners, building strong relationships and supporting their growth

Required profile

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of consistent results
• Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces or payment platforms is highly desirable
• Natural relationship builder who turns prospects into long-term partners
• Organised, able to manage multiple opportunities and priorities throughout the sales cycle
• Curious, eager to learn and develop skills
• Fluency in French, English and Arabic is desired
