Entry-Level Fluid Services Representative

About the role

Join Halliburton as an entry‑level Fluid Services Representative, supporting rig operations and learning to deliver high‑quality fluid performance solutions. You will receive comprehensive training in fluids chemistry, hydraulics, testing, and equipment operation while working on‑site with experienced supervisors.

Key responsibilities

• Work under supervision with fluids and equipment supervisors to understand rig operations, products, and services.
• Complete formal training in fluids chemistry, volume and hydraulics calculations, testing, and separation equipment theory.
• Operate, maintain, and optimize Baroid testing, separation, and waste‑management equipment.
• Prepare and track inventory of palletized and bulk products and equipment spares based on drilling programs.
• Assist in interpreting routine and specialized test results to provide technical solutions.
• Support operation of separation and waste‑management equipment and understand its impact on fluid performance.
• Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
• Represent Halliburton professionally with clients, operators, and rig personnel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or related discipline.
• No prior work experience required – this is an entry‑level position.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical expertise in fluid services.
