F&B Service Expert – Barista (Omani Only)

About the role

Join Marriott International as an F&B Service Expert – Barista in Al Mouj, Muscat. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality beverage service to guests while maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare drink orders according to recipes using precise measuring systems.
• Set up, clean and maintain the bar, bar unit, tables and related tools.
• Prepare fresh garnishes, stock ice, glassware and paper supplies.
• Transport supplies to the bar set‑up area and wash soiled glassware.
• Handle all payment methods, count cash at shift end, complete cashier reports and secure receipts.
• Perform closing duties, secure coolers, cabinets and storage areas.
• Follow company safety, security and uniform policies.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs and ensure a professional interaction.
• Maintain positive relationships with team members and support common goals.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant barista or food‑and‑beverage experience.
• Omani national (as specified in the posting).
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
