F&B Service Expert – Hostess

About the role

The F&B Service Expert – Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests in our Al Mouj location, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless dining experience. You will work closely with the kitchen and floor teams to deliver attentive, high‑quality service in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and answering basic queries.
• Set and clear tables, maintain clean work areas, and replenish service supplies.
• Communicate guest orders and special requests accurately to the kitchen.
• Assist guests throughout their meal, handling payments and ensuring satisfaction.
• Follow health, safety and company policies, including uniform and personal appearance standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted and 50 lb with assistance, and moving safely on varied surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk and bend for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift, carry and move objects as described.
