F&B Service Expert – Omani

About the role

The F&B Service Expert – Omani will join the Sheraton Oman Hotel team in Muscat, delivering attentive and personalized food and beverage service across restaurants, lounges and event spaces. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on creating refined, memorable experiences for a diverse guest profile while upholding Sheraton brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, seat and welcome guests, present menus and take accurate orders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct presentation and quality.
• Collaborate with culinary and bar teams to coordinate service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and proper table settings throughout service areas.
• Support special events, banquets and large‑scale functions, including table setups and service stations.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues in a professional manner.

Required profile

• Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in hotel or upscale dining environments.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with confidence interacting with diverse guests.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and stand for extended periods.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency and knowledge of Omani culture are advantageous.
• Strong teamwork, attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving attitude.
