F&B Team Leader – Front of House

About the role

The F&B Team Leader (Front of House) will assist in planning and managing all resources and operations of the Food & Beverage department to ensure member and guest satisfaction while meeting financial targets. The role covers restaurants, bars, top‑tracer bays, on‑course catering and event banqueting at Al Mouj Golf.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare annual business plans, develop operational SOPs and monitor service standards in collaboration with the F&B Manager and Head Chef.
• Drive customer‑focused promotions, manage outlet presentation, and ensure facilities are fully operational, clean and sanitized.
• Recruit, train and develop internal and outsourced staff, maintain Omanisation targets and ensure compliance with fire, health & safety and food hygiene training.
• Control costs, monitor financial performance, maintain inventory levels and ensure compliance with Muscat Municipality regulations and HACCP standards.
• Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and liaise with government bodies for licensing and permits.

Required profile

• Hotel/Catering Management graduate or diploma with WSET Level 1 and HACCP Level 2 certification.
• Minimum 5 years F&B operational experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role and 2 years on a golf‑course or top‑tracer platform.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment.
