Finance Manager – Treasury, Reporting & Audit

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and detail‑oriented Finance Manager to lead our financial operations. The role combines technical rigor with business acumen, overseeing treasury, reporting, budgeting, and the full audit cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily cash flow, bank reconciliations and working‑capital optimisation.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts in partnership with department heads.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) in line with IFRS or local GAAP.
• Oversee accounts payable, ensuring timely payments, vendor reconciliation and expense control.
• Coordinate the external audit, prepare schedules, liaise with auditors and address findings.
• Develop and monitor internal controls, financial policies and procedures.
• Conduct financial analysis (variance, trend, ratio) to support strategic decisions.
• Ensure tax compliance (VAT, corporate tax) and interact with regulatory authorities.
• Supervise and mentor junior finance staff.
• Provide ad‑hoc reports and insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of finance/accounting experience, at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• ACCA (completed or finalist) or CMA certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MSc Finance or MBA is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills with high ethical standards.
• Proven track record meeting KPIs such as audit completion without material adjustments, DSO/DPO targets, budget variance <3% and 100% statutory filing compliance.
