Food & Beverage Hostess

About the role

As a Food & Beverage Hostess at Six Senses Zighy Bay, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless service throughout their dining experience. You will embody the brand’s values of emotional hospitality, sustainability, and wellness while supporting the efficient operation of the F&B outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival, conduct check‑in procedures, and escort them to their tables using their names whenever possible.
• Answer telephone calls courteously, manage reservations, and present menus and wine lists.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of menus, wine lists, and service areas.
• Assist with outlet budgeting, cost control, and profitability monitoring.
• Take orders, recommend menu items, and upsell property facilities and activities.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, handle billing accurately, and process check‑out efficiently.
• Report maintenance issues and follow safety, security, and emergency procedures.
• Participate in briefings, meetings, and training sessions to stay updated on policies and brand initiatives.
