Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

The Food & Beverage Manager will lead all F&B operations at Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar Resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, high quality standards, and profitable performance. This senior position reports to senior hotel leadership and collaborates across departments to position F&B as a market differentiator.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Food & Beverage strategic plan and annual budget.
• Oversee all restaurants, culinary, and catering outlets to ensure smooth, profitable operations.
• Maintain compliance with Anantara’s food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to continuously improve the resort’s menus, beverage, and wine lists.
• Supervise staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management for the entire F&B team.
• Control costs, pricing, and inventory while maximizing departmental profit.
• Conduct monthly maintenance inspections and ensure proper care of all F&B facilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Food & Beverage operations in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong financial acumen with experience preparing budgets and managing P&L.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Deep understanding of local market dynamics and guest expectations.

Required skills

• Knowledge of international food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Experience with menu engineering, pricing strategies, and supplier negotiations.
• Ability to analyse sales data and implement cost‑control measures.
