Food Service Worker

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Food Service Worker to join our bakery team in Muscat. You will support daily bakery and food service operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation, hygiene and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and handle bakery items and beverages according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of preparation and service areas, following food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Serve food and drinks, replenish displays and ensure accurate, timely order delivery.
• Interact courteously with customers, answer basic product questions and provide assistance.
• Support stock rotation, basic inventory checks and overall team workflow.
• Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, weekends and holidays as required.

Required profile

• Basic numeracy and communication abilities.
• Capability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks safely.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts.
