ForgeRock IDM Solution Architect

About the role

Inspira Enterprise is seeking a ForgeRock IDM Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The role focuses on the ForgeRock Identity Platform, especially Identity Management (IDM), and will drive identity lifecycle initiatives across cloud, on‑premise and SaaS environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure Identity Lifecycle Management solutions using ForgeRock IDM and produce architecture documents, blueprints and deployment models.
• Define identity data models, synchronization policies, approval workflows and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Implement Joiner‑Mover‑Leaver (JML) processes, RBAC/ABAC controls, attestation and certification workflows.
• Lead IDM implementation and migration projects and integrate with Active Directory, Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP directories, HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM), databases and custom SaaS applications.
• Develop custom connectors and integrations using REST APIs, Java, Groovy, JavaScript and SCIM.
• Design solutions that satisfy regulatory compliance, audit controls, segregation of duties, access governance and least‑privilege principles.
• Support production deployments, platform upgrades and participate in security assessments.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering IAM solutions with ForgeRock IDM.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, provisioning, reconciliation and access governance.
• Hands‑on experience integrating IAM with enterprise directories, cloud identity services and HR systems.
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks relevant to IAM.
