Front Office Supervisor – Luxury Resort

About the role

As the Front Office Supervisor at Six Senses Zighy Bay, you will ensure seamless daily operations of the front desk, uphold the brand’s values of emotional hospitality and sustainability, and deliver exceptional experiences for all guests.

Key responsibilities

• Review arrivals and departures each day to plan activities and allocate rooms.
• Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and billing requirements.
• Block rooms for arrivals, resolve discrepancies, and ensure rooms meet high standards before check‑in.
• Manage special guest handling, including VIPs and groups.
• Implement and maintain the guest recognition program.
• Assist in scheduling, training, and providing feedback to front office receptionists.
• Log guest feedback, inquiries and comments, initiate appropriate actions and follow‑up.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of front office equipment.
• Uphold Six Senses guidelines, LQA standards and service benchmarks.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality diploma/degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar operational role within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to live in a remote location for extended periods.

Required skills

• MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Familiarity with POS, PMS and CRM platforms.
