职位概况
雅乐轩酒店诚聘客人体验专家，负责为宾客提供全程贴心服务，提升入住体验。工作地点位于阿曼马斯喀特，属于全职岗位。
主要职责
- 接待宾客，办理入住、退房手续。
- 响应并处理宾客需求，如行李搬运、车辆装卸等。
- 提供当地景点、餐饮等信息推荐。
- 完成运营报告及相关文档。
- 遵守安全规范，维护工作场所整洁。
任职要求
- 高中或同等学历（G.E.D.）以上。
- 具备良好的沟通表达能力和服务意识。
- 能够在站立、行走、上下楼梯等体力环境中工作。
- 能够搬运不超过50磅的物品，或在协助下搬运不超过100磅。
必备技能
- 基本的客人服务流程操作。
- 熟悉酒店前台系统优先。
