Guest Relations Officer

About the role

The Guest Relations Officer supports Six Senses Zighy Bay’s vision of reconnecting guests with themselves, others and the environment. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling telephone communications and ensuring seamless service throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily telephone operations, answer inquiries, and route calls to appropriate extensions.
• Handle long‑distance and local calls, deliver wake‑up calls, messages and facsimiles promptly.
• Assist guests with reservations for the restaurant, spa and Kids’ Club.
• Ensure proper handover of outstanding matters at shift end.
• Maintain telephone switchboard, guest‑room phones and fax machines in good working order.
• Keep department equipment clean and functional.
• Uphold Six Senses service standards, meet performance benchmarks and adhere to LQA standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality diploma/degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar luxury hotel operational role.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to live in a remote location for extended periods and travel on single status.
