Holiday Business Manager

About the role

The Holiday Business Manager will lead Oman Air Holidays, overseeing commercial performance, product development and the end‑to‑end customer experience. This senior position holds full P&L responsibility and drives growth across both online and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own revenue, profitability and P&L delivery for Oman Air Holidays.
• Develop and execute strategic road‑maps, annual plans, budgets and growth initiatives.
• Manage the OmanAirHolidays.com platform, ensuring stability, scalability and continuous enhancement.
• Improve customer experience, conversion rates, pricing accuracy and product quality.
• Create holiday packages, stop‑over offers and seasonal experiences aligned with Oman Air’s network.
• Expand offline sales channels such as MICE, GIT, FIT, corporate and special‑interest travel.
• Establish partnerships with tourism boards, DMCs, hotels, travel agencies and government entities.
• Oversee payment solutions, booking fulfilment, financial controls and risk processes.
• Collaborate with revenue management, finance, digital commerce, marketing and network planning teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial leadership within travel, tourism or airline sectors.
• Strong track record of managing P&L and delivering revenue growth.
• Excellent stakeholder management and partnership development skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market opportunities into profitable products.
