HR Manager – Real Estate

About the role

MK Property, a leading Omani real‑estate firm, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead its talent acquisition and people‑operations functions. The role will focus on attracting and retaining top real‑estate professionals while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle for real‑estate and sales positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Design and execute recruitment strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.
• Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation in compliance with Omani regulations.
• Support performance management, employee development, and evaluation processes.
• Handle employee relations issues and promote a professional, collaborative environment.
• Provide HR guidance to managers and staff, ensuring consistent application of policies.
• Assist with workforce planning and organizational development as the business expands.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably within the real‑estate sector.
• Proven track record in recruitment and talent acquisition for real‑estate or sales roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and HR priorities simultaneously.
• Finance background or experience in finance‑related responsibilities is a plus.
