About the role

Whitewill is seeking an Industrial Real Estate Consultant to join its elite team of luxury property specialists. In this role you will act as the primary point of contact for high‑net‑worth clients looking to invest in premium residential and commercial assets across the Middle East and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Identify and present properties that match client requirements, arranging viewings or virtual meetings.
• Guide clients through the transaction process, ensuring compliance with local market regulations.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with affluent investors.
• Collaborate with top developers and internal teams to deliver tailored real‑estate solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate sales or brokerage, preferably in luxury or high‑value segments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
• Knowledge of market regulations and transaction procedures in the regions served.
