Innovation Associate

About the role

The Innovation Associate will drive the planning, coordination and execution of innovation programmes and ecosystem‑building events. Working closely with corporate partners and internal teams, the role supports business development by crafting proposals and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and execute community‑building and positioning events within the innovation ecosystem.
• Collaborate with corporate partners to understand their innovation goals, conduct research and recommend engagement models.
• Create and deliver presentations and proposals to secure mentors, participants and partners.
• Support end‑to‑end planning, execution and evaluation of innovation projects and events across programmes.
• Analyse programme data, maintain calendars, tracking systems and databases, and provide improvement recommendations.
• Facilitate, organise and moderate training sessions with mentors and startups.
• Perform any additional duties required to meet evolving business needs.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in planning, developing and executing events.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Strong organisational abilities, self‑motivation and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Flexibility to handle varied tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• University‑level education.
