Interventional Cardiologist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Interventional Cardiologist to join our team in Muscat, Oman. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality interventional cardiac care, diagnosing and treating complex cardiovascular conditions using state‑of‑the‑art techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Perform interventional cardiology procedures, including angiography, angioplasty, and cardiac catheterisation, with a focus on patient safety and outcomes.
• Diagnose and manage complex cardiovascular diseases, providing evidence‑based treatment plans.
• Implant pacemakers and conduct Cath Lab procedures.
• Carry out Balloon Mitral Valvotomy (BMV) and pericardial effusion tapping.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.

Required profile

• DM or DNB qualification in Cardiology.
• Minimum of 4 years post‑qualification experience in interventional cardiology.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
