Investment Manager – Added-Value Manufacturing Sector

About the role

The Investment Manager will lead end‑to‑end development and execution of investment opportunities in the added‑value manufacturing sector. You will work closely with the Sector Head/CIO and Capital Raising teams to shape investment theses, originate deals, manage assets and drive exits.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Sector Head/CIO in refining the sector investment thesis, strategic priorities and pipeline.
• Originate and maintain a pipeline of opportunities through relationships with companies, entrepreneurs and industry stakeholders.
• Evaluate deals via market analysis, financial assessment, valuation, due diligence and negotiation.
• Lead transaction execution, including structuring, documentation, financing and closing.
• Actively manage portfolio companies, implement value‑creation plans and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Develop exit strategies and lead execution of strategic sales, IPOs, refinancings or other realizations.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, principal investing or asset management.
• Proven track record in transaction execution and portfolio/asset management.
• Deep knowledge of the manufacturing sector, its dynamics and valuation benchmarks.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a lean, agile environment.
