Laboratory Sales & Service Coordinator (Omani National)

About the role

A leading medical device company is seeking an Omani national to coordinate sales and service activities for laboratory equipment in its Muscat office.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate sales and service activities for laboratory equipment and solutions.
• Prepare, coordinate and follow up on tenders and bids, ensuring submissions meet deadlines and requirements.
• Manage quotations, purchase orders and customer documentation.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams to coordinate orders and service requirements.
• Monitor tender opportunities, submission progress and customer enquiries.
• Maintain accurate sales records and support reporting activities.

Required profile

• Omani national (due to nationalization requirements).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong experience preparing and managing tenders and bid submissions.
• Experience in sales coordination, preferably within laboratory equipment or a technical industry.
• Excellent organisational, communication and follow‑up skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong attention to detail.
