职位概况

负责Muscat机场地区餐厅/酒吧及客房服务的日常运营管理，提升客人满意度并实现财务目标。

主要职责

监督餐厅、酒吧及客房服务区的运营与卫生标准。
管理并培训员工，制定排班并在缺勤时履行职责。
制定并执行培训计划，提升团队绩效。
处理客人投诉，收集反馈并持续改进服务。
监督财务表现，控制成本并达成收入目标。

任职要求

高中学历并具4年餐饮相关工作经验，或相关专业两年学位并2年经验。
具备餐饮运营、人员管理及卫生法规的知识。
良好的沟通与领导能力，能够在高峰时段协助前线工作。

必备技能

熟悉餐饮服务流程与卫生标准。
具备团队管理与培训能力。
