Outsystems Developer – Full‑time (On‑site)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Muscat will have you designing, developing and maintaining web and mobile applications using the OutSystems low‑code platform. You will work closely with business analysts, project managers and other technical teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, build and maintain web and mobile applications on the OutSystems platform.
• Create reusable components and integrate applications with existing systems and third‑party services.
• Troubleshoot defects, optimise performance and support deployments.
• Collaborate with QA engineers, infrastructure teams and participate in code reviews.
• Document technical designs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong OutSystems development experience, including web and mobile apps.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle.
• Understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, version control (Git) and basic DevOps concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• OutSystems certification (Associate or Professional) is highly desirable.
• Experience in government, finance or secure solutions is a plus.
