Power Platform Developer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to join our team in Qatar. The role focuses on designing, building and maintaining business intelligence dashboards and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust, secure, and performant solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports and data models.
• Create custom applications with Power Apps and automate business processes using Power Automate.
• Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Write and optimise DAX queries, SQL statements and perform ETL data transformations.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, external APIs and other enterprise systems.
• Ensure performance optimisation, data security and compliance of all BI solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business users and technical teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to dashboards, workflows and applications.

Required profile

• 7‑8 years of overall IT experience with a strong focus on Power Platform.
• Proven experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Hands‑on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Solid knowledge of DAX, SQL and data modelling concepts.
• Understanding of ETL processes and database management.
• Experience integrating Microsoft Power Platform with enterprise applications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
