Project Manager – Real Estate Portfolio

About the role

We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to act as the Owner’s Representative for a private investment office in Muscat. The role oversees multiple real‑estate and construction developments from concept through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of several real‑estate development projects.
• Represent the owner across all project stages, coordinating planning, design, procurement, construction, fit‑out and handover.
• Track progress against timelines, budgets and milestones, providing structured reporting on status, risks and performance.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and suppliers, facilitating clear communication and accountability.
• Review drawings, specifications and technical submissions, evaluating proposals and identifying risks.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts and expenditures, supporting procurement, contract negotiations and cost‑control initiatives.
• Deliver executive‑level reports to senior stakeholders and maintain robust project documentation and governance.

Required profile

• 8–12+ years of experience in project management, development management or construction delivery.
• Proven background working with developers, private offices, family offices or investment platforms.
• Successful track record managing complex, multi‑stakeholder real‑estate projects across residential, commercial, mixed‑use, hospitality or luxury sectors.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
