Promoter - TECNO Mobiles (Seeb, Oman)

About the role

Transsion is looking for a full-time, on-site Promoter for its TECNO mobile brand in Seeb, Oman. The promoter engages customers at retail locations, presents TECNO mobile products and helps them choose the right device. The role works closely with store staff and Transsion representatives to meet sales targets and support promotional campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate products, answer customer questions and help customers select a device that fits their needs
• Manage product displays and ensure accurate product information is available
• Collaborate with store staff and Transsion representatives to meet sales targets and support promotional campaigns
• Collect customer feedback and report on market trends
• Take part in regular training on TECNO devices and promotions

Required profile

• Proven customer service experience, including handling inquiries and resolving basic issues
• Sales experience, with the ability to turn customer interest into purchases and work toward defined targets
• Willingness to take part in training and to support marketing activities such as in-store promotions and product launches
• Reliability, professional appearance and flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, marketing or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in mobile phones, consumer electronics or retail promotion is an advantage

• Strong communication skills to explain product features clearly
• Basic technical understanding of smartphones and mobile operating systems
