Sales Manager - Enterprise Technology, Oman & GCC

About the role

A senior client is looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to strengthen enterprise relationships and accelerate revenue growth across Oman and the wider GCC. The ideal candidate combines enterprise sales expertise, strategic account management and a strong understanding of the regional business landscape to drive adoption and expansion of technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts across Oman and the GCC.
• Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, renewals and account expansion.
• Build relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders and key decision-makers.
• Sell enterprise technology solutions such as SaaS, ERP, cloud, digital transformation or regulatory and compliance platforms.
• Coordinate with product, delivery and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records and account plans.
• Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 6-10 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, SaaS sales or strategic account management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling ERP, SaaS, cloud, enterprise software or compliance technology solutions.
• Strong knowledge of the Oman market and the broader GCC business environment.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken, is mandatory.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or similar CRM platforms.
