Sales Officer - Property Listings

About the role

Masarrah is an Oman-based platform that helps people discover, book and enjoy short stays and vacation rentals through a mobile app, connecting travelers with chalets, holiday homes, apartments, hotels and other getaways across Oman. It is looking for a proactive, results-driven Sales Officer in Muscat to register new properties, build strong relationships with property owners and assist customers, driving property acquisition and platform growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract new property owners (chalets, holiday homes, apartments, hotels, etc.) to list their properties on the platform.
• Register properties, making sure details, photos and information are accurate and complete.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and provide ongoing support.
• Help property owners with inquiries, listings and platform use, and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Follow up with potential property owners and customers to ensure successful registration and bookings.
• Promote the platform and its services to property owners and customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth registration and booking process.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and keep accurate records of registrations, interactions and follow-ups.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Hospitality or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, property management, real estate, hospitality or a related industry is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, self-motivated and target-driven.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills; a valid Omani driving licence is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools, CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with property owners and customers.
