Property Consultant – Muscat

About the role

We’re hiring a Property Consultant to join our real‑estate team in Muscat. This client‑facing sales position involves speaking with prospective buyers, understanding their needs, presenting suitable property opportunities, following up consistently, and guiding clients through the buying process.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective buyers via phone, WhatsApp and in‑person meetings.
• Identify client requirements and match them with appropriate property listings.
• Present property opportunities and answer client queries.
• Maintain regular follow‑up to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
• Assist clients through each step of the property purchase process.

Required profile

• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Confident phone, WhatsApp and face‑to‑face communication.
• Disciplined follow‑up and target‑driven mindset.
• Ability to quickly build trust with clients.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Based in Oman or able to work from Muscat.
• Real‑estate experience is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
