Real Estate Sales & Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our growing real‑estate team in Muscat. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, promoting residential and commercial projects, and guiding clients through the buying process while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch marketing campaigns for property projects.
• Generate qualified leads through digital channels, networking and referrals.
• Promote listings on social media, online property portals and other marketing outlets.
• Conduct property viewings and present projects to prospective buyers.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline using the CRM system and follow up on leads.
• Negotiate and close sales, ensuring a smooth purchasing experience.
• Prepare regular sales reports and keep accurate client records.
• Coordinate with developers, owners and internal teams.
• Stay updated on Omani market trends, competitors and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Open to Omani and non‑Omani candidates.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real‑estate sales, marketing or a related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Valid Omani driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
