Recruiter – Full‑time On‑site (Masqat, Oman)

About the role

RIKAZ Real Estate Development is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Recruiter based in Masqat, Oman. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings across relevant channels and maintain active talent pipelines.
• Source, screen, and conduct initial interviews with candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers.
• Collaborate with HR and department leaders to understand workforce needs and support onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, metrics, and reports.
• Support employer‑branding initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, talent sourcing, and candidate screening.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Organized documentation skills and familiarity with recruitment metrics.
• Knowledge of HR best practices, local labor laws, and ethical hiring standards, preferably in real‑estate or construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple vacancies, and meet hiring timelines.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
