Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking

About the role

The Relationship Manager for Corporate Banking will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of corporate clients, delivering tailored financial solutions that drive revenue growth. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and aligning banking products with industry needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients in line with the bank’s quality standards.
• Identify and originate lending, trade finance, and fee‑income opportunities with existing and new clients.
• Cross‑sell a range of banking products and services to meet client needs.
• Conduct financial analysis and support credit applications.
• Maintain regular client engagement through visits and calls.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify risks, and escalate early‑warning signals.
• Coordinate with credit administration and support functions to ensure timely deal execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA, CFA, CA or equivalent finance qualification preferred.
• Minimum 10 + years of experience in corporate banking or relationship management.
• Proven track record in business origination and client management.
• Strong understanding of credit and financial analysis.
