Remote Product Specialist - Pet Health

About the role

Tribe Wellness Sales is looking for a Product Specialist (called a Protocol Review Specialist internally) to sell pet health products and services remotely. The company helps pets live longer, healthier lives through supplements, and the specialist turns a purchase into a transformation for pets and their owners. The role is fully remote, with no cap on commission.

Key responsibilities

• Sell products and services for the pet client, a company built for pet owners, with over a million happy dogs.
• Work with a broad range of potential customers, turning prospects into brand loyalists.
• Learn by working closely with dedicated leaders and using the company's training resources.
• Handle 8 to 18 appointments per day, depending on how many you want and how many you close.

Required profile

• Highly driven self-starter motivated by growth and sales excellence.
• Knowledge, background or raw passion around health and wellness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a knack for building genuine connections.
• Able to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) starting at 8 AM CST.
• Reliable internet and equipment, with a setup that supports frequent phone and video calls.

Required skills

• Fast and reliable laptop or desktop with a working microphone, camera and headset, able to run the call system, Salesforce and Zoom simultaneously.
• Ethernet connection strongly preferred for consistent call quality.
• Dedicated internet of at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, with low latency, jitter and packet loss.

• Commission-only pay: 20% commission on the gross margin of every sale, with each sale between $250 and $2,500.
