Retail Sales Intern – Customer Service & Store Operations

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Intern to join our store in Oman. The role supports the brand by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining visual standards and assisting with daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs and guide them to the right products.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program and convert browsers into buyers.
• Maintain store presentation, ensure merchandise is displayed according to visual guidelines.
• Handle POS transactions, process cash, card and voucher payments accurately.
• Record inventory movements and assist with stock replenishment.
• Apply loss‑prevention policies and uphold store security at all times.

Required profile

• Well‑groomed, presentable and able to work flexible hours, including extended shifts during sales periods.
• Strong product knowledge and willingness to learn about the group’s brands.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and confidentiality requirements.
