Sales Account Manager – B2B

About the role

Dubizzle Group is seeking a proactive Sales Account Manager to expand its client base across Oman. You will be responsible for acquiring new businesses, nurturing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth for our leading online classifieds platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve 100%+ of target revenue.
• Acquire new clients and increase the active client pool within the assigned territory.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure listing health, relationship health, and lead health.
• Document all calls, meetings, and follow‑ups in the CRM for accurate reporting.
• Monitor client accounts, ensure timely payments, and resolve any outstanding issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand product details and convey value propositions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and recommend technology improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in real‑estate or property‑related sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the sales environment.
