Sales Engineer Internship – Smart Home Solutions

About the role

Luxury Home Smart Systems is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer intern to join its on‑site team in Muscat. You will work closely with senior engineers and sales staff to design and sell customized smart‑home solutions for high‑end residential projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior team members during client consultations to capture technical and lifestyle requirements.
• Help translate customer needs into tailored system designs and preliminary schematics.
• Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and basic technical explanations.
• Coordinate with technical support and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow up with customers under supervision.
• Learn industry best practices in residential automation, audio‑visual, and entertainment systems.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student in engineering, IT, or a related technical field.
• Strong interest in sales engineering and smart‑home technologies.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Muscat, manage multiple tasks and pay attention to detail.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with home‑automation, audio‑visual, or luxury consumer electronics is a plus.
