About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the growth of drilling and rig equipment sales across Oman. Based in Muscat, you will work closely with our well‑established oil and gas client to expand market share and strengthen relationships with key industry players.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with oil & gas operators and drilling contractors.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and represent the company at industry events.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in drilling or rig equipment.
- Strong network within Oman’s oil & gas sector.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluent English.
