Sales Manager – Office Automation (Muscat)

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its Office Automation business in Muscat. You will be responsible for driving sales of printers, multifunction devices, and related services across corporate, government, SME, and education sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a sales team to meet monthly and annual targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in target sectors.
• Maintain key customer relationships and negotiate major contracts.
• Promote sales of multifunction printers, photocopiers, printers, managed print services, and document management solutions.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and pipeline reports.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with service and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate the sales team.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of sales experience in the Office Automation industry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience selling office automation solutions in Oman.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Valid Oman driving licence.
• Currently residing in Oman or previous work experience in Oman.

Required skills

• Experience with photocopiers, printers, multifunction devices (MFDs).
• Knowledge of document management solutions and managed print services.
• Familiarity with interactive displays.
• Experience with brands such as Ricoh or Sharp is a plus.
