Sales Representative – Retail & Customer Experience

About the role

Join Boutiqaat as a Sales Representative and become the face of a premium shopping experience. You will combine product knowledge, a customer‑first mindset, and sales expertise to deliver personalized consultations, support store operations, and help achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales targets through outstanding customer service.
• Welcome customers, assess their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Explain product features, benefits, and conduct hands‑on demonstrations.
• Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Process exchanges, refunds, and manage cash, credit cards, vouchers, and other payment methods.
• Balance the cash register at shift end and ensure secure storage of funds.
• Monitor stock levels, report low or out‑of‑stock items, and coordinate replenishments.
• Assist with visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and tester hygiene.
• Support special events, VIP visits, and promotional activities.
• Promote products and in‑store events via social media.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 0–1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer‑facing roles.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Passion for retail, sales, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Target‑driven mindset with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of POS systems and payment processing.
