Sales Specialist - Healthcare & Life Sciences

About the role

Infinity Science & Technology is expanding its footprint in Oman and seeks a dynamic Sales Specialist to drive new business and nurture client relationships within the healthcare and life‑sciences sectors. The role focuses on promoting specialised laboratory and biotech solutions to a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Oman.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, laboratories, research institutions, and government entities.
• Promote specialised healthcare, laboratory, and life‑sciences solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and product discussions.
• Prepare proposals and support commercial negotiations.
• Monitor upcoming projects, tenders, RFQs, and market developments.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to develop suitable client solutions.
• Achieve agreed sales and business‑development targets.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of sales experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, laboratories or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of the Oman market with an established industry network.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Valid Oman driving licence and willingness to travel for client meetings.
• Current residence in Oman preferred.
