About the role

A leading hypermarket chain in Oman is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its finance team. The position is recruited through Vira International and offers a chance to work in the retail sector while building a long‑term career in Oman.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records in line with company procedures.
• Prepare and present financial statements and reports.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Required profile

• Relevant accounting experience (minimum 1 year).
• Strong knowledge of accounting procedures and financial records.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage accounting activities accurately.
• Willingness to work in Oman.
