Senior Associate, Marketing

About the role

The Senior Associate, Marketing will support the execution of partnerships, sponsorships, events, and placemaking initiatives across assigned assets. Working closely with regional marketing, asset, leasing, operations, and customer experience teams, you will help deliver centrally defined strategies through high‑quality, on‑ground execution that enhances the customer experience and drives commercial value.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in amplifying and executing partnership agreements, activations, and placemaking initiatives across assigned assets.
• Ensure all activations comply with brand guidelines, customer experience standards, and safety requirements.
• Support delivery of flagship events, activations, décor, and portfolio‑wide experiential initiatives from briefing agencies to installation and dismantling.
• Manage tenant marketing partnerships and promotions, including co‑branded activations and in‑store campaigns.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact for partners, sponsors, and activation vendors.
• Coordinate with branding and digital teams to integrate creative and promotional elements.
• Track activation and partnership KPIs such as footfall, engagement, dwell time, and partner deliverables.
• Assist the manager with activation budgets and vendor cost management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Events Management, or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in partnerships, events, activations, or experiential marketing.
• Proven experience delivering on‑ground activations in retail, hospitality, or consumer environments.
