About the role

This senior position leads the development and execution of comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the organization. The role provides accurate analysis, reporting, and strategic insights while ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual operating and capital expenditure budgets.
• Conduct complex financial analysis and deliver recommendations for business optimization.
• Prepare and maintain rolling financial forecasts and long‑term projections.
• Perform detailed variance analysis and report on financial performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements in financial planning and analysis.
• Provide financial consultation and support to internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models and scenario analyses.
• Establish and monitor key financial performance indicators.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for management.
• Monitor cost trends, implement control measures, and assess financial risks.
• Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Recommend and implement enhancements to financial planning systems.
• Support strategic planning with financial analysis and projections.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and conduct cost‑benefit analyses.
• Maintain documentation of financial processes and provide training on planning tools.
• Assist with internal and external audit requirements related to financial planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, or related finance roles.
• Proven expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Strong knowledge of financial policies, compliance, and risk management.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and act as a strategic partner.
