Senior Manager – Portfolio & Asset Management

About the role

The Senior Manager – Portfolio & Asset Management will support Asyad Group’s portfolio management function, providing visibility into asset performance and driving value‑creation initiatives across its portfolio companies and strategic investments.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor performance against budget (revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, capex) and flag risks; prepare regular asset review packs and dashboards for management and board.
• Review and challenge annual business plans, budgets and forecasts, validating assumptions and assessing alignment with strategy.
• Perform detailed financial analysis of revenue, margins, cost structure, working capital and capital efficiency; maintain asset‑level financial models.
• Identify and prioritize value‑creation opportunities (growth, cost optimisation, asset utilisation, cash improvement) and support turnaround plans.
• Prepare shareholder materials, track board resolutions and governance matters, and highlight reporting or control gaps.
• Assess capital structure, funding needs and returns; contribute to capital allocation and strategic review discussions.

Required profile

• Hands‑on analytical professional with strong financial due‑diligence experience.
• Ability to challenge numbers, assumptions and business plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management and commercial judgment.
• Proven track record of converting detailed analysis into clear recommendations.
