Senior Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Government Liaison

About the role

Bondoni, Oman’s leading company formation and corporate services provider, is looking for a Senior Public Relations Officer (PRO) to lead government liaison and compliance for multiple international clients. The role combines corporate services management, HR support, and representation in official meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as Corporate Services Manager and authorised signatory for several international clients, handling all government‑related obligations.
• Represent Bondoni in ministries, government departments, official meetings, inspections and public forums.
• Manage visa applications, renewals, cancellations, labour cards and residency permits while maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of Omani Labour Law and immigration rules.
• Oversee company licence renewals, commercial registration updates, activity amendments and document attestations.
• Coordinate onboarding government processes for expatriate employees and maintain accurate visa tracking.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance to meet annual objectives, KPIs and compliance standards.

Required profile

• 7–10 years senior‑level PRO or government liaison experience in Oman.
• Proven network with relevant ministries and government departments.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably business‑related.
• Fluent Arabic and strong English written and verbal communication.
• Valid Omani driving licence.
