About the role

The Spa Therapist joins the St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat Resort team to deliver memorable, high‑quality spa experiences for guests. Working in a luxury environment, you will be the front‑line ambassador for spa services, ensuring every interaction feels seamless and indulgent.

Key responsibilities

• Promote spa services and retail products to guests.
• Schedule reservations, confirm appointments and manage the reservation system.
• Check‑in guests, answer service‑related queries and process payments.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company policies and quality standards.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, lifting objects up to 25 lb with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Relevant spa or hospitality experience (mandatory).
• No supervisory experience required.
• Must hold any required licences or certifications for spa services.
