About the role
The Spa Therapist joins the St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat Resort team to deliver memorable, high‑quality spa experiences for guests. Working in a luxury environment, you will be the front‑line ambassador for spa services, ensuring every interaction feels seamless and indulgent.
Key responsibilities
- Promote spa services and retail products to guests.
- Schedule reservations, confirm appointments and manage the reservation system.
- Check‑in guests, answer service‑related queries and process payments.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company policies and quality standards.
- Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, lifting objects up to 25 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Relevant spa or hospitality experience (mandatory).
- No supervisory experience required.
- Must hold any required licences or certifications for spa services.
